What You’ll Do
Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute all retail projects.
Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
Establish and maintain client and trade relationships, including scheduling client appointments.
Monitor and regulate expenses to stay within budget and control costs.
Communicate accurately and timely with direct reports, handling administrative and coaching duties.
Schedule and review merchandising coverage, ensuring adequate in‑store presence.
Prepare and submit accurate paperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, timesheets, and expense reports.
Qualifications
Associate’s Degree preferred.
4+ years of applicable retail experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple duties with competing deadlines.
Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Travel & Physical Requirements Travel and driving up to 30% of the time are essential. Job requires physical activity, lifting up to 50 lb, standing for extended periods, and working in refrigerated or freezer conditions. Proper safety practices must be followed when handling products.
