Kelly Science & Clinical has a new temp‑to‑hire opportunity for a Quality Technician in West Chester, OH!
Shift:
M-F | 9am-5pm
Pay:
$23/hour
Key Responsibilities
Document activities and ensure proper documentation practices
Maintain complete records in laboratory notebooks and quality records.
Conduct visual inspections and routine sampling using Environmental Monitoring Systems.
Guide others on SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), control documents, and other work instructions.
Ensure laboratory duties adhere to cGMP practices, performing regular audits.
Perform routine sampling activities and associated data entry.
Wear appropriate PPE and follow safety protocols.
Provide 24/7 "on‑call" support and feedback on service and quality issues.
Recommend compliance activities for area and equipment maintenance.
Education and Skills
Experience in pharmaceutical production.
Proficient in English for communication, reading, and writing instructions.
Detail‑oriented with strong record‑keeping and mathematical skills.
Preferred Background
High school or vocational graduate.
Familiarity with MODA, Microsoft applications, SAP, KRONOS.
Experience in LEAN manufacturing and knowledge of cGMPs and FDA policies.
