About RDI RDI is a nimble, full-service CRO focused on accelerating in-vitro diagnostic (IVD) development. We bring together clinical sites, physicians, and our own CLIA-certified, CAP-accredited lab to help diagnostics innovators run smarter, faster studies. As part of our growth, we’re seeking temporary Kitting Technicians to help restock and assemble patient collection kits that support ongoing clinical trials.
The Role As a Kitting Technician, you’ll work as part of our operations team to assemble, label, and prepare patient collection kits according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). These kits are critical to the success of our clinical studies, ensuring patients and sites have the right supplies at the right time.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role, perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, following step-by-step processes, and supporting meaningful clinical research.
Responsibilities
Assemble patient collection kits according to defined SOPs and study-specific requirements.
Label, count, and verify kit components for accuracy and completeness.
Restock kit inventory and prepare shipments for study sites.
Maintain clean, organized work areas to ensure compliance and efficiency.
Document kit assembly and inventory activity accurately.
Communicate any errors, shortages, or issues to supervisors promptly.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Prior experience in assembly, packaging, or lab support a plus, but not required, training provided.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
Good organizational skills and ability to work on repetitive tasks with accuracy.
Team-oriented, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
