Warehouse Position - Riverport (2nd Shift & 3rd Shift)

Position Summary
As a Warehouse Employee in our distribution center, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient receipt, storage, and shipment of products. Responsibilities include picking, packing, loading, and unloading inventory while maintaining accuracy and safety standards. You will work collaboratively with the team to support daily operations and help meet customer delivery expectations.
Responsibilities
Accurately and timely pick, package and process customer orders
Receive in-bound product
Put-away product into appropriate locations
Operate equipment, including Reach Truck, Order Picker, Speed Cart, and Dock Trucks
Operate radio frequency units (RF’s)
Use of autonomous robots
Count and multiply product accurately
Physically move product
Work in team environment
Verbal and written communication skills
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency
Must be able to communicate effectively in English

Physical demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to lift up to 50 pounds, occasionally required to assist in dual lifts of up to 150 pounds with another employee. The employee will commonly lift and/or carry objects weighing 30-40 pounds. The employee will frequently required to stand, walk, use hands to handle product, reach with hands and arms, frequently be required to sit and stoop. Rarely will the employee be required to climb. The employee will frequently required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus. The employee will occasionally be required to operate equipment from heights of up to 25ft.
Work environment While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to heat, humidity, cold temperatures and dust. The employee will frequently work on or around moving equipment. The noise level in the work environment is low to moderate. The employee will frequently work with deadlines under pressure and will occasionally be required to work alone.

Pay, Benefits, Work Schedule Competitive Compensation: Pay Range: $18.54/hour to $23.11/hour. Participation in Annual Incentive Program.
