Description Schedule: Saturday, Sunday, Monday & Friday. Pay: $22.00 per hour.

Job Overview: As a

Front Desk Associate , you’ll be responsible for working independently, without direct supervision. Possess strong communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Be detail‑oriented and able to multitask. Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out. Understand and react to emergency response and access control procedures; monitor and operate electronic security control systems; and accurately maintain daily logs, records and forms.

Your Responsibilities

Demonstrate excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.

Monitor the Emergency Response System.

Greet and direct residents, guests, and invitees.

Monitor and control Electronic Security Control Systems.

Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner.

Control access to the building.

Maintain daily log, records, and forms.

Resolve and follow up on all complaints/issues.

Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property(s).

May be assigned other duties by the on‑site property manager.

Follow safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.

Perform other duties as required.

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalency preferred.

College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.

Two (2) to three (3) years of business experience preferred.

Computer literacy: command of information system hardware/software is preferred.

Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Bilingual in English & Spanish .

Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills required.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift 30–50 lbs.

Work in an upright standing or sitting position for long periods of time.

Handle, finger, grasp and lift objects and packages.

Reach with hands and arms.

Communicate, receive, and exchange ideas and information by means of the spoken and written word.

Navigate the property/building quickly and easily as required to meet job functions.

Complete all required forms.

Work extended hours and weekends based on project requirements.

Respond to emergencies in a timely manner.
