Your Role with the Company In this Product Manager role working with Power/Thermal systems, you’ll be the driving force behind product success, vision, and strategy. Your work will span customer insights, roadmap planning, and engineering collaboration, while guiding lifecycle adoption and market growth in the North American region.
You will:
Champion the product internally and externally — evangelizing solutions with sales, applications, channels, and customers.
Define market needs, identify customer problems, and establish Go‑To‑Market strategies that achieve business results.
Build strong relationships across executive leadership, engineering, sales, and global teams to ensure alignment.
Lead innovation and influence industry direction through trade events, partnerships, and professional networks.
This is a role where strategic vision meets technical depth — giving you the platform to make a lasting impact across industries like: Automation, HVACR, food & beverage, logistics, and beyond.
Community Information This role offers flexibility across U.S. operations, with frequent customer travel. You’ll collaborate with a global organization while supporting industrial customers in HVACR, food & beverage, logistics, and other fast-growing markets.
Qualifications
B.S.E. (EE, ME, or related) plus 5+ years in product management for power and/or thermal solutions.
Strong technical grasp of power electronics (AC/DC, DC/DC, DC/AC converters, drives, chargers) and thermal management technologies (EC fans, liquid cooling, pumps, solenoids).
Skilled in market research, data analysis, business case development, and cross‑functional collaboration.
Commercial judgement to set strategy, pricing, roadmaps, and revenue targets.
Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively and influence across organizations.
Familiarity with industrial sectors such as Appliance, Food & Beverage, Material Handling, Off‑Road, CNC, Energy, Packaging, Oil & Gas.
Self‑starter with strong initiative, presentation skills, and ability to manage multiple projects.
Travel: 20–30%, domestic and international.
