Job Title: Senior Power Platform Administrator

Overview We are seeking a
Senior Power Platform Administrator
to support and manage Microsoft Power Platform environments for U.S. Federal programs. This role focuses on
administration, governance, security, capacity planning, and DevSecOps enablement
to ensure compliant, scalable, and secure low-code solutions in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administer
Power Platform environments
(Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Dataverse)
Implement and manage
governance frameworks, DLP policies, and environment strategies
Manage
security roles, user access, service accounts, and permissions
Monitor
capacity, licensing, performance, and platform health
Support
ALM and CI/CD pipelines
using Azure DevOps or GitHub
Enforce
federal security and compliance standards
Troubleshoot complex platform, connector, and integration issues
Collaborate with architects, developers, and cybersecurity teams
Provide guidance to citizen developers and Power Platform teams
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience administering
Microsoft Power Platform
Strong expertise in
Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI
Hands-on experience with
DLP policies, governance, and tenant administration
Experience with
DevSecOps, ALM, and solution deployment
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Active Secret clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting
U.S. Federal or DoD environments
Familiarity with
IL2–IL4 cloud environments
Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
Experience with
compliance frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP)
