Responsibilities:
Receive all airlines local purchasing deliveries and ensure items delivered are matching as per invoice and delivery order.
Collect Airlines incoming Air Cargos shipments and Sea Containers and ensure paperwork for the Equipment and Beverage packing is according to company guidelines.
Handles all Airlines U.S. Customs documentation (open/closing / filing VSIE’s), CBP7512, Invoices, Delivery Order, Air-waybill/Bill of Lading.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Role model ability, leading a team, ready to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to provide the best service with a problem-solving mentality
Meticulous attention to detail and data driven with the ability to influence different departments to suggest, implement and track DO & CO standards
Ability to be a positive change champion for DO & CO, identifying key impact areas and priorities and supporting change programs and strategies
Ability to remain calm in an emergency situation and to effectively deal with internal and external personnel.
Ability to translate technical information or problems into layman’s terms, Well presented, professional individual with a can-do, positive attitude that indulges in team success
Knowledge in environmental legislation with strong exposure to Quality Standards and Quality Systems
Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
Education & Experience
Knowledge in environmental legislation with strong exposure to Quality Standards and Quality Systems
Flexibility (different shifts - night, weekends, holidays)
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Warehouse
Forklift Certified is preferred
Valid driver's license is preferred
