Cross-Mission Integration M&S Project Leader

The Cross-Mission Effectiveness Department (CMED) in the Integrated Performance Subdivision leads integration and application of modeling and simulation capabilities and modern analysis workflows to support end-to-end effects chain analysis and space and space-enabled campaign modeling. As a member of CMED, you will provide technical capabilities to support our customers in modeling, simulation, and analysis (MS&A) of space, air, and ground-based systems of systems to investigate architecture and concept of operations (CONOPS) performance in nominal and contested operating environments. MS&A focus areas include agent-based modeling, red vs blue simulations, military utility and capability drawdown, killchain effectiveness, enterprise architecture resiliency, and command and control (C2) evaluation. We support a variety of customers with diverse program portfolios, and we are looking for curious and innovative teammates to help us address our customers’ hardest problems!Act as an integration leader and spokesperson for the Cross-Mission Effectiveness Department, coordinating across multiple Aerospace program offices to connect customer requirements with Aerospace capabilities and to identify opportunities for new partnerships.Work closely with our cross-mission integration focused program offices and customers to translate their program needs into modeling, simulation, and analysis tasks. *Minimum Requirements:*6 or more years of increasingly responsible professional engineering/scientific experience, including multi-disciplinary systems engineering and/or program management environments.
Experience with missile
architecture components and CONOPS.Familiarity with Digital Engineering including modern software development methodologies, tools and processes, distributed frameworks, API development, and cloud computing.Experience leading a team to accomplish an objective. Ability to work on dynamic assignments and adapt to changing customer expectations.
Excellent interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication skills.
*In addition to the above, the minimum requirements for* 10 or more years of increasingly responsible professional engineering/scientific experience, including multi-disciplinary systems engineering and/or program management environments. Technical experience working for or with an Intelligence Community (IC) or DoD organization.
Experience briefing senior government leaders.
Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers.
