About the Role We are currently recruiting an experienced
Plumber
to carry out
repairs, maintenance, and installations
across
social housing properties in North London . The role will involve working in both
occupied and void properties , delivering high-quality work while maintaining excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Carrying out day-to-day reactive and planned plumbing repairs
Repairs to leaks, taps, toilets, sinks, and pipework
Installing and repairing domestic plumbing systems
Basic fault finding on heating systems (where applicable)
Completing works efficiently and to a high standard
Working professionally in tenants’ homes
Completing job sheets and compliance paperwork
Adhering to health & safety regulations at all times
Skills & Experience Required
Proven experience as a plumber, ideally within
social housing or domestic maintenance
Strong knowledge of domestic plumbing systems
Ability to work independently and manage workloads
Good communication and customer service skills
Requirements
Full UK driving licence
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Plumbing (preferred)
Own tools (essential)
DBS check (or willingness to obtain one)
Knowledge of health & safety standards
