HVAC-R Technician

Responsibilities
Inspect, maintain, and repair all hotel HVAC-R systems
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical components
Perform preventative maintenance to ensure optimal performance
Respond to guest room temperature calls and building system alerts
Collaborate with the engineering team to maintain a safe, efficient property
Qualifications
HVAC-R experience required (hotel experience a plus)
Knowledge of chillers, boilers, split systems, ice machines, and refrigeration
EPA certification preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability for occasional on-call or weekend shifts
Compensation $30 - $35 hourly
