LPN or RN Weekend Supervisor

to join our leadership team. This role provides clinical oversight and support during weekend shifts, with the opportunity for

full‑time hours

if desired.

Schedule

2 weekend shifts

(10–12 hours each)

Optional 1 weekday shift

About the Facility Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is a 80-bed Skilled Nursing Facility offering post‑acute healing and rehabilitation, conveniently located in Tampa, FL.

Position Summary The RN/LPN Supervisor is responsible for managing clinical staff and operations during weekend shifts, ensuring quality patient care, compliance, and efficient teamwork.

Primary Responsibilities

Supervise nursing staff and oversee clinical activities.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Address and resolve patient and family concerns.

Conduct patient rounds to monitor care and safety.

Manage staffing levels and adjust as necessary.

Requirements

Current RN or LPN license.

Prior supervisory experience in healthcare.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.

Additional Duties

Support resident rights, safety protocols, and collaborative team dynamics.

Promote positive interactions with residents, families, and visitors.
