Summary Client Laboratories is seeking an
Operator I
to support the assembly, repair, and testing of highly regulated medical devices within a clean room manufacturing environment. This role requires precision hand skills, sustained microscope use, and strict adherence to quality and compliance standards. The operator will work with small, delicate components used in pacemakers, implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs), leads, and related medical device assemblies.
Key Responsibilities
Perform detailed assembly, repair, and test operations on medical device components and assemblies
Conduct constant microscope-based work to inspect, assemble, and verify small and intricate parts
Handle and maneuver miniature components with high accuracy and consistency
Perform quality inspections to ensure products meet regulatory and manufacturing standards
Accurately document work and inspection results using basic computer systems
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and clean room protocols
Maintain a high level of attention to detail in a regulated manufacturing environment
Work collaboratively with team members to meet production and quality goals
Required Experience & Qualifications
Manufacturing experience (required)
Assembly experience, preferably in a medical device or regulated manufacturing environment
Experience using a microscope for inspection or assembly work
Quality and inspection experience
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team-based environment
Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Word and Excel
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Preferred Qualifications
Prior experience working in a clean room environment
Medical device manufacturing experience
Work Schedule
Shift: 4/10 schedule
Hours: 5:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Days: Monday – Thursday

Contract Length: Contract position with possible extension based on performance
