What You’ll Do
Diagnose and troubleshoot
residential plumbing issues
Collaborate with customers to identify optimal solutions
for their needs
Repair and/or replace plumbing, drains, and fixtures
Charge and collect payments for work performed , following company policies
Document and log job details in ServiceTitan , including pictures and work descriptions
Maintain service vehicle and professional appearance
What You Bring
1+ year of experience
as a service plumber or plumbing apprentice
Valid U.S. Driver’s License
with a satisfactory driving record
Ability to pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screening
Strong problem-solving skills
and ability to troubleshoot plumbing challenges
Excellent customer service skills
with a customer-first mindset
Willingness to learn and adapt to new plumbing technologies and techniques
