Responsibilities
Operate production line, packaging, and/or ingredient blending equipment.
Ensure efficient and safe machine operation.
Produce high‑quality finished products and complete packaging.
Inspect equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
Complete paperwork and data entry.
Assist in the packaging area and cross‑train on other machine duties.
Coordinate production scheduling or BOM changes.
Keep production area clean and orderly.
Provide training or direction to other production line employees.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; post‑secondary education a plus.
Food processing or packaging experience.
Understanding of food safety, workplace safety, and food quality standards.
Self‑directed, personally motivated, and detail‑oriented.
Ability to work fast‑paced environment while meeting customer expectations.
Team player who contributes to a positive work environment; good attendance and performance record.
Ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
Additional qualifications: 3+ years of food production and/or machine operating experience; strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills; ability to manage multiple priorities; strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel; good interpersonal and service skills at all levels.
