Job Description Under guidance of qualified microbiologists, performs re-sampling and investigative sample collection for sites requiring follow-up or remediation. Participates in garbing qualifications and proficiency testing. Assists with onboarding and training activities under supervision. Assists with inspection preparation, document retrieval, and adherence to safety, infection control, and hazardous waste handling policies. Updates electronic tracking systems and archives reports. Ensures data integrity and proper documentation storage. Works closely with microbiology analysts and QA to support environmental monitoring activities, report preparation, and sample coordination. Completes clerical tasks, maintains organized workspaces, and performs other duties as assigned to support department operations. Supports data entry, trending report preparation, and map updates. Submits documentation to analysts and QA for review and approval. Assists with incubation, enumeration, and visual inspection of environmental and personnel samples. Prepares media and performs basic testing in support of analysts and QA. Performs equipment checks, cleaning, and calibration. Manages inventory, restocks supplies, and maintains documentation for sample inspection areas. Other duties as assigned. Collects viable air, particle count, and surface samples across division campuses using aseptic technique. Ensures compliance with USP

Pay Range $20.38 - $32.60
