Compensation & Benefits
Estimated Rate Range: $40–50 per hour, depending on experience, setting, location, and employment status (full‑time, part‑time, or PRN)

Continuing Education Support
Some positions offer a sign‑on bonus or relocation assistance
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and create individualized treatment plans
Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve function and independence
Document progress and adjust plans as needed
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Provide supervision and guidance to COTAs
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Current Illinois license (or eligibility)
Passionate about improving patient quality of life
Strong communication and teamwork skills
