Shop Service Technician

The salary range for this position is $26.00 -$33.00 DOE This is how you WOW: Strong electro-mechanical skills with previous service experience Must possess basic electrical knowledge. Knowledge of AC and DC Circuits is a plus Knowledge of hydraulics is a plus Welding and torch experience is a plus Metal fabricating and/or cutting experience is a plus Self-Starter/ Takes the initiative Good oral and written communication skills Must be able to work in both a team atmosphere and alone Computer Skill Makes sure that workstation and equipment are clean and free of hazardous materials Addresses problems with production equipment and machinery and fixes them as needed Assembles product parts by hand Unloads, organizes, and stocks shipments Adheres to all safety guidelines dictation the production and handling of materials in the warehouse Ensures that all production deadlines are met Reports issues or problems with production to immediate supervisor It would be WOW if you would bring this in: High school diploma or GED is required or (6) or more months of relevant experience 1-3 years of related experience is required. Production and Warehouse experience preferred including experience with cross-functional teams. Demonstrates ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors on factory equipment. Possesses knowledge of the structure and function of production equipment. Can identify problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and is frequently exposed to airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually high, proper protective equipment is required.
