What You Will Do
Lead and perform installation of commercial construction specialty products (lockers, toilet partitions, toilet accessories, trash chutes, and signage)
Supervise and direct small field crews on active job sites
Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project documents
Coordinate daily work with Project Managers and General Contractors
Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
Enforce OSHA and jobsite safety requirements
Communicate with customers, superintendents, and internal teams
Required Experience
3+ years of commercial construction or specialty installation experience
Experience leading a crew, foreman experience, or lead installer experience
Ability to read blueprints and layout drawings
Strong understanding of jobsite safety standards
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
