Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment and machinery* Diagnose mechanical issues and implement effective solutions* Conduct inspections to ensure equipment reliability and safety compliance* Collaborate with team members to minimize downtime and optimize operations* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and parts usage**What Are We Looking For*** Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical systems and components* Strong understanding of safety practices and preventive maintenance procedures* Capability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively* Physical ability to perform maintenance in varying conditions* Commitment to accuracy and attention to detail in all work performed**Conditions of Employment*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing**Work Environment*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.**What We Offer*** $21.00 to $30.80 per hour* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions* Highly competitive benefits programs, including:
