1st Shift: Monday - Thursday, 6am-4:30pm

Responsible for building our wrapping unit control panels. Enclosure and panel machining, component mounting, and panel wiring using a wide range of hand and power tools. Reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics. Supporting the Team Leader to troubleshoot and diagnose electrical quality issues when needed. Requirements
Familiarity with electrical schematics/drawings. Familiarity with common electrical devices. Basic knowledge of computer use (how to open files, save files, etc.). Previous experience with hand tools (strippers, screw guns, crimpers, etc.). Ability to stand for hours at a time. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work together with a team to produce a comprehensive panel. Ability to complete tasks within a given timeframe. Ability to follow instructions to complete tasks up to Lantech standards. Education & Experience
High School Diploma Desired Skills
Good attendance. Ability to adapt to changing situations (customer changes, engineering changes, etc.). Good attention to detail and ability to notice quality issues. Completion of Lantech LEAP class. Proper tool identification and use for the job being done. Reasons why you will love working at Lantech
