Job Title: Assembler – Senior

Reports To: Assembly Manufacturing Supervisor

Position Summary: Responsible for assembling industrial equipment and components with minimal supervision while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Follow all

HSE guidelines

and maintain a safe, clean work environment.

Assemble major components using schematic diagrams and general arrangement drawings.

Operate hoists, cranes, and lifting equipment; perform rigging tasks.

Utilize hand and power tools; capable of tack welding and pressure testing.

Complete safety, production, and quality documentation accurately.

Troubleshoot assembly issues and participate in continuous improvement activities.

Train other employees and assist in developing improved work processes.

Required Skills & Experience:

2+ years

in a manufacturing or assembly environment. (Big Assembly exp)

Ability to read schematics, P&ID drawings, and use measuring tools.

Forklift certification required; knowledge of man lift operation preferred.

Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and PPE compliance.

Ability to lift up to

50 lbs , work at heights, and in varying weather conditions.

High school diploma or equivalent; vocational/technical training a plus.
