Perform warehousing activities such as kitting, rework, receiving, picking, packing, storing, and loading orders and ensure service excellence within the day‑to‑day operations. They train and act as a role model in the knowledge, skills, and tasks that deliver exceptional customer experience.

Process Orders and Requests

Assist with processing inbound orders and returns, unloading trucks, receiving, sorting, placing

Assist with processing outbound orders (picking, pulling materials, preparing & packing boxes and placing orders in delivery area, shipping, loading)

Assist with wrapping orders and placing them on trucks for delivery

Registering transactions in warehouse management system

Assist with physical counts of inventory

Understand the prioritization of clients and learn all SLAs (service-level agreements)

Create and apply quality approved labels under strict guidance from the FDA and client regulations

Perform firmware/hardware upgrades under strict guidance from the FDA and client regulations

Testing and formatting of hard drive and software

Prepare products in advance of shipping

Recommend improvements

Deliver supplies and equipment to other departments within the company by receiving and transferring items

Maintain records of orders, delivery details, shipping records, etc.

Ensure a structured, safe and tidy working environment, including the proper disposal of all related e‑waste materials

Use tools and material handling correctly, report damages and malfunctions

Perform any other tasks to ensure the smooth running of the warehouse.

Technically Manage Employees

Being the first point of contact for warehouse employees

Identify opportunities for additional staff training, notify Department Manager, and plan and deliver as assigned

Compliant with Regulations and Procedures

Maintain quality of performance by following organization procedures, attend training sessions and following client specific requirements as per agreed procedures and instructions

Compliance with legal regulations and business obligations

Comply with all safety protocols

Ensure compliance with quality procedures including ISO 13485, FDA, and other agencies.

Required Knowledge and Skills Education, knowledge, and experience:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent

Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position

Familiarity with voice picking systems or RF devices is a plus

Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)

Dexterity, attention to detail, and organizational skills

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams)

Social and communication skills for maintaining contacts (spoken and written)

Ability to meet the physical demands of the job

Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations

License to operate forklifts, preferred but not required
