Responsibilities
Locating and retrieving specific items from inventory shelves or bins based on customer orders.
Using scanners or other inventory management systems to identify and track items.
Ensuring the correct quantity and type of items are picked for each order.
Carefully packaging picked items to prevent damage during transit.
Using appropriate packing materials (e.g., boxes, tape, bubble wrap).
Ensuring packages are securely sealed and labeled with accurate shipping information.
Preparing packages for shipment by attaching shipping labels and documents.
Loading packed boxes onto trucks or conveyor belts for transport.
Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
Following company procedures and guidelines for picking, packing, and shipping.
Working efficiently and accurately to meet production targets.
Maintaining a safe working environment.
Work schedule: Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 6:00 pm.
Requirements
Attention to detail and accuracy in picking and packing.
Physical stamina: standing, lifting boxes, and performing repetitive motions for long periods.
Speed and efficiency to meet production goals.
Teamwork: effective collaboration with other team members.
Problem‑solving: identifying and resolving issues during the picking, packing, and shipping process.
