Qualifications

High school diploma or GED.

Two (2) years of legal court–related clerical or higher‑level experience in a court of law processing legal documents, preparing court calendars, performing jury selection duties, or providing one‑on‑one training.

Essential Duties Lead a high‑impact team that handles legal appeals, trains staff, solves case issues, and maintains accuracy in legal processing.

Selection Process Step I: All applications will be reviewed to identify candidates who meet the minimum qualifications; selected candidates may be referred to Step II.

Step II: Selected candidates may be invited to take online and/or in‑person pass/fail assessments. Passers may be referred to Step III.

Step III: Successful candidates will be reviewed by Subject Matter Experts and may be invited to an oral interview.

Step IV: Successful candidates after the interview may be placed on an eligible list. Placement on the eligible list is not a guarantee of employment.
