Base pay range:
$16.50/hr - $16.50/hr
Warehouse Forklift Operator
– immediate full‑time, permanent opening. Join our crew in a fast‑paced environment and help us maintain safety and efficiency across 2 billion square feet of daily service for industries such as retail, industrial & logistics, healthcare, education, manufacturing, and more.
Work schedule: Days/nights vary, including weekends. Shifts available – list your availability:
Sun – Wed 6:30 pm – 5:30 am
Wed – Sat 6:30 pm – 5:30 am
Starting pay: $16.50 per hour.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Operate forklift or other hand truck.
Load and unload goods from trucks, aircraft, and other vehicles.
Move goods packed on pallets or in crates around the facility.
Stack goods in the correct storage bays following inventory control instructions.
Ensure loads are secure.
Stack empty pallets.
Perform daily equipment checks, including recharging the battery and lubricating equipment.
Remove machine attachments and waste material.
Pick up cardboard, plastics, and other items or debris; load and remove to stacking area or designated collection bin.
Provide support to the janitorial crew when needed: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming floor surfaces; gathering and emptying trash.
Qualification Requirements
1 year experience as a forklift operator.
General janitorial experience preferred.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and chemical safety sheets.
Valid forklift certification and satisfactory completion of the company PIT (Performance Industrial Trucks) Training.
All non‑exempt employees must download and use the KBSPresence mobile time‑keeping software on their personal mobile devices to clock in and out. Cell‑phone reimbursement is provided in accordance with applicable local laws.
