As a Project Assistant , you will be responsible for supporting operation and project management teams with administrative related tasks. This position must have strong attention to detail and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. Critical for success are the abilities to multitask and prioritize tasks while remaining focused on providing exceptional customer service.

What it takes:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED), and 3-5 years of related administrative experience, or equivalent combination
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work over the weekend with short notice is required
Experience in customer service (face to face and/or through telecommunications)
Desired Qualifications:
Prior experience in the construction industry
