About the Position
Northern State University is accepting applications for the
Football Offensive Coordinator
position.
This vital role coordinates a championship‑caliber offense and ensures the team performs at its best during games.
The candidate will be evaluated on the competitiveness of the program, alignment with the mission and values, overall student‑athlete development, and the ability to establish a subculture in which coaches are viewed as mentors, educators, and role models.
The Offensive Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating and running the annual golf outing, a key event in the university’s fundraising efforts.
Entrants must be authorized to work in the U.S.; sponsorship is not available.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and develop a championship‑caliber offensive strategy.
Ensure optimal team performance during games.
Establish a subculture that promotes mentorship, education, and role modeling for student‑athletes.
Organize and execute the annual golf outing to support program fundraising.
