Responsibilities Maintain the interior and exterior of community buildings and grounds, ensuring top‑notch conditions in compliance with federal, state, local regulations, and company policies. Key duties include: HVAC, elevator, fire and sprinkler equipment, generators, landscaping, kitchen equipment, emergency pull cords, and routine maintenance projects. Respond promptly to maintenance requests from residents, community directors, and other stakeholders.
Base pay range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Team‑based bonus opportunities are also available.
Qualifications Experience with scheduled and unscheduled maintenance for a variety of equipment and facilities. Proven ability to communicate effectively with local fire marshals, building inspectors, and other regulatory bodies. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and quality service.
