Overview
As a Maintenance Technician you are responsible for completing daily work orders and service calls, and maintaining an accurate log of routine and preventative maintenance performed on Boyne Mountain Resort infrastructures. Responsibilities
Performing pool care and maintenance; boiler room water chemical testing and water softener care and maintenance
Conducting air conditioning and heat change over
Completing guest room care and maintenance
Performing food service equipment repair and maintenance
Reviewing and performing preventative maintenance on plant equipment
Assisting in snow removal
Performing infrastructure maintenance; water system inspection and maintenance
Maintaining accurate time and material repair billing records
Utilizing a motor vehicle to pick up supplies, parts and other materials as necessary
Qualifications
You are at least 18 years old
Achieved a high school diploma or GED
You are available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
You possess a working knowledge of general maintenance, plumbing, carpentry and electrical
You have knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems is helpful
You are responsible for your own basic hand tools; Boyne Mountain will supply any specialty tools and equipment
You are able to crouch, bend, stand and/or sit in one position for prolonged periods of time
You possess a valid driver’s license
