Job Summary Team Supervisor (TS) – a senior leader who ensures the shift runs on track and delivers memorable customer experiences. You will drive execution, make key decisions, and keep everything running seamlessly.
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, gather feedback, and support positive customer interactions.
Ensure smooth coordination between Associates, customers, and orders to deliver efficient and effective food and beverage service.
Provide direction, feedback, and recognition to Associates, driving productivity and performance.
Enforce safety, security, and store policies, including crisis management protocols.
Manage inventory, stock levels, vendor check‑ins, and cash handling procedures.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
Must be 18+ years old with reliable transportation.
Flexible availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Supervisory experience in retail, food service, or fuel industries is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively, solve problems, and build relationships.
Associates in this position have the opportunity to opt into a 4‑day work week, providing more time to balance what matters outside of work.
The hourly range for this position is $19.00 – $21.90, commensurate with position, experience, and location. Associates receive a $2.00 shift differential for hours worked between 12 am–6 am.
