Job Overview As a Client Service Associate, you will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support within the financial advisor’s practice. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing client relationships, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting the firm’s growth initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses strong organizational skills, exceptional client service abilities, and a thorough understanding of financial products and services.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and educating them on firm services and solutions.
Assist with account‑related requests, including transactions, maintenance, and online access, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
Manage client onboarding by collecting documentation, assessing risk profiles, and maintaining accurate records.
Prepare reports and meeting materials, monitor account alerts, and support audits and regulatory reviews.
Collaborate with financial advisors on business plans, marketing initiatives, and client engagement strategies.
Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and expense reporting, and actively participate in training and firm initiatives to stay current on policies and platforms.
Qualifications
2+ years of financial industry experience, preferably in wealth management or client service.
Preferable qualifications: Series 7 License, background in financial planning, familiarity with planning concepts and tools.
Experience in wealth management or advisory support: ability to manage account paperwork, ACATs, wires, and client onboarding.
CRM and technology proficiency: comfortable maintaining client data, scheduling meetings, and resolving online access issues.
Strong organizational skills: capable of handling multiple responsibilities such as preparing agendas, coordinating client gifts, and managing compliance follow‑ups.
Excellent communication skills: professional interaction with clients for reminders, requests, and service needs.
Pay Range $22.82–$38.04/hour – actual base salary varies based on factors including skill, prior experience, education, and geographic location.
