ANTICIPATED SALARY RANGE: SC Band 04 $13.97 - $19.91 - $25.85

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES In this challenging role, you will be supporting the AD&ST- Administration&Student department at Greenville Technical College. Duties may include any or all of the following.

Assists with recruiting activities for the ASPIRE program. Conducts orientation sessions to acquaint new program participants with ASPIRE policies, procedures and regulations. Assists with records management responsibilities. Plans and organizes special events for the ASPIRE program.

Answers inquiries regarding the ASPIRE program. Provide new participant orientation to new students coming into the program. Provide participant orientation to returning students in the program. Recruit program participants.

Provides assistance with student relations programs. Develops and maintains information from surveys, studies, special projects and general human resource activities. Assists in the coordination of related programs such as wellness campaigns, student assistance programs, and mentoring, and promotions, etc.

Ability to establish good working relationships with students, faculty, staff, businesses and the general public. Ability to evaluate existing programs and recommend new activities, policies or procedures. Ability to keep accurate records. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships. Ability to make and communicate decisions. Ability to analyze data and present ideas effectively. Ability to communicate effectively.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS A high school diploma and clerical or administrative experience. A bachelor's degree may be substituted for the required work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree in a related field plus one (1) year relevant program experience; or associate's degree in a related field plus three (3) years relevant program experience; or HS diploma plus five (5) years relevant program experience.
