Responsibilities
Maintain the functional integrity of the facility, including guest rooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house areas.
Perform repair and maintenance tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, HVAC, and masonry.
Inspect guestrooms, public spaces, and heart‑of‑the‑house for required and preventive maintenance.
Document completed repairs and report items that need attention or require a room “out of order” status.
