This role requires cross training on various job duties within the facility, ensuring a safe work environment, and adhering to Tyson Policies.Job Responsibilities:· Operate loaders and skid steers for production purposes.· Operate rail car moving loaders for production purposes,Load and unload rail cars.Load and unload trucks.Perform facility cleaning responsibilities.Measure and manage inventory.Physical Requirements:Ability to climb, bend, and stoop for cleaning responsibilities.Capability to work in both cold and hot conditions.Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more.Comfortable working at heights above twenty feet.External Requirements:Up to six months of experience in loading/unloading and machinery operation.Basic computer skills.Ability to work at heights as needed.Ability to obtain and retain a PIT Certification.**The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.****Rehire criteria is a minimum waiting period of 180 days.****Rehire Rule of no more than
