**Schedule:** 14/7 Rotating Day & Night Shifts**R360 Environmental Solutions**, a Waste Connections company, is the nation's leading provider of environmental oilfield waste management. We’re looking for a dependable and safety-minded **Equipment Operator** to join our team at our **Bourg, Louisiana** facility. **The Job:*** Safely operate heavy equipment (bulldozers, compactors, loaders) to move, spread, and compact waste materials.* Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.* Maintain landfill cover and site grading to meet safety and environmental standards.* Follow all safety and environmental regulations, including proper PPE use.* Communicate with team members to ensure efficient and safe landfill operations. **Requirements:*** Willingness to work 14/7 Rotating Shifts (Day and Nights)* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions* Ability to learn quickly and work independently* Strong teamwork and communication skills* Commitment to safety practices and PPE usage* Mechanical aptitude or previous oilfield/waste handling experience is a plus! **What’s in It for You:*** $18–$20/hr.* Boot Allowance + Safety Bonuses* Reliable Work Hours with Overtime Built In* Career Growth with one of the Top Companies in the Industry
