As a Meat Clerk at Festival Foods, your responsibilities will include: Deliver Helpful Service:
Provide exceptional guest service at the meat counter and on the sales floor, including fulfilling special orders and answering product questions. Maintain fresh, well-stocked displays:
Inspect, rotate, and replenish meat products and supplies. Honor Commitments:
Regular, timely attendance in accordance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to arrange a replacement for occasional absences. Collaborate with the Team:
Perform other duties as assigned.

To succeed as a Festival Foods Meat Clerk, you should have: Strong Communication Skills:
Ability to engage with guests, leaders, and retail associates; strong written and verbal communication for a fast-paced environment. Food Safety:
Willingness to learn food safety standards, proper equipment usage (such as slicers), and inventory practices. Ability to Multitask:
Stay customer-service focused in a busy retail grocery environment. Safety Mindset:
Understanding of safety and food safety practices and a commitment to following them, including training and knowledge of equipment and procedures (e.g., slicers, lifting techniques, trash compactor, baler).
