In this capacity, you will lead the Department and support the Managing Director, Senior Director, Director, and Regional Managers in the execution of activities related to transition processes. In addition to executing activities and leading related team members, this position is responsible for evaluating and streamlining processes to create a centralized model and reducing repetitive and manual tasks. Finally, because we are a growing company, our expectation is that the position will execute such tasks as necessary to support the company even if they may fall outside of defined responsibilities.**Essential Roles You Will Play:**Establishes quantitative and qualitative metrics, guidelines, and standards by which the company's efficiency and effectiveness can be evaluated; identifies opportunities for improvement.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business procedures.
Promotes RangeWater’s preferred proptech stack, encourages participation in all Ancillary Services programs, and promotes additional RangeWater in-house offerings (CAPEX management, creative services, etc.).
Provides leadership and support to the Department (Transitions, and Due Diligence), including coordinating staffing schedule and delegating recurring and one-off assignments.
Acts as liaison between clients and RangeWater Departments to facilitate property transitions. This includes maintaining the transition checklist, coordinating transition calls, and requesting and disseminating information and documents.Continuously evaluates tasks and searches for opportunities to improve and enhance current processes.Assists with special projects and other duties as required.
Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers, and the general public.Complies with RangeWater’s policies and performance expectations.
Must be able to meet predictable attendance and punctuality expectations and physical demands of the position complying with RangeWater’s policies and performance expectations.Other duties assigned.**Work Hours and Work Environment:**Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday: 8am – 5pmEssential Requirements: Exempt employees are expected to adhere to the standard work week schedule and work any hours necessary to perform the duties of the job. Must be able to perform the essential job functions unaccompanied.**Qualifications Summary:**To perform this job successfully, the requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities required. Reasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential job functions.**Education and Experience:**Education: Bachelor's Degree PreferredExperience Preferred: Employment history that demonstrates experience in multi-site property management and residential property operations, including all facets of managing the physical, operational, financial, and customer service performance of a wide variety of asset types under varying market conditions.Supervisor Experience Proven skills sufficient to hire, lead, direct, evaluate, and manage subordinates and team members, including specialists, is required.Computer Skills: Proficiency in internet, word processing, spreadsheet, and database management programs for reporting purposes. Strong proficiency in property management software (preferably Entrata Yardi and/or One Site).**Licenses and Certificates Requirements:**Licenses: Current Valid Driver's LicenseCertifications: None**Physical Requirements:**Weights Requirements: Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver weights up to twenty (20) pounds independently and fifty (50) pounds with assistance.Mobility Requirements: The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, reach with hands and arms, climb, stoop, and squat. Intermittently required to sit and perform keyboard work.Travel Requirements: Routine local travel may be required to run business-related errands including but not limited to meetings and training.
