Assist Front Desk Manager with oversight of all functions of Front Office and Front Desk/Night Audit team. Assist in training, supervision, coaching, and leading team to accomplish property goals including guest service, financial, employee engagement, and National Park Service compliance while protecting and sharing the history and resources of the property. Must have vast knowledge of the property and services offered, provide exceptional service both internally and externally, and provide exceptional leadership to the team.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $19.25/hr

Job Responsibilities

Must consistently provide exceptional guest service to internal and external guests alike.

Check guests in and out of cabins utilizing V1 property management system.

Handle guest complaints and problems in a courteous and timely fashion.

Assist with managing room blocking and inventory to ensure maximum occupancy and no over‑sells.

Assist Front Desk Manager with payroll, scheduling, training, coaching and disciplinary action, and overall leadership to the Front Desk and Night Audit Team.

Monitor employee performance and appearance to be certain it is with respect to the company standards. Maintain on‑going brand standards inspections for front office staff to ensure they understand and are using the Brand Standards.

Conduct daily briefings with Front Desk Agents to discuss priorities, problems, grievances, methods of operation, and procedures and policies.

Ensure that all staff have the communication that they require as well as the tools needed to properly do their job.

Respond to all Medallia surveys for guests at the property and follow up on any problem alerts.

Assist with oversight of lost and found system, vault process and cash banks.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

1-year guest facing hospitality role

Supervisory Experience

Good working knowledge of computers

Strong verbal and written English skills

Ability to perform under pressure

Hospitality background

Knowledge of Grand Teton National Park

Prior supervisory experience

Knowledge of Visual One
