The Design Manager ensures quality, timeline adherence, and stakeholder alignment throughout the full design lifecycle. This position is leadership-focused and strategic in nature. Responsibilities
Lead, coordinate, and support design teams across multiple projects Align design direction with business objectives and operational needs Manage project scope, schedules, resources, and deliverables Establish and maintain design processes, standards, and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, and leadership Ensure design quality, consistency, and compliance with project requirements Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations Identify risks and proactively resolve design and delivery challenges Qualifications
Design Management, Architecture, Engineering, Product Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Proven experience in a Design Manager or design leadership role Strong background in managing design teams and workflows Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience working in hybrid or cross-functional team environments Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary:
$145,000 – $160,000 annually Annual Bonus:
Typically 10%–20% of base salary 401(k) Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Paid time off and holidays Eligibility
