As a Strategic Procurement Specialist, you’ll implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with our business goals and global Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing (CIPS) strategy. You’ll ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future requirements while driving alignment between local supply chain activities and global standards.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with proposal, project, and category teams to manage procurement for key projects, develop schedules, forecasts, and budgets, and oversee delivery processes to meet cost, quality, and timeline expectations. You’ll also lead initiatives to improve cost, quality, and delivery performance while leveraging global supplier relationship platforms to identify and engage high-performing partners.

How You’ll Make an Impact
Implement sourcing strategies aligned with business and global CIPS objectives.
Collaborate with project teams to manage procurement schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
Drive improvements in cost, quality, delivery, and working capital.
Utilize global supplier relationship platforms for strategic sourcing.
Manage procurement planning, cost tracking, and risk mitigation.
Establish local agreements and maintain standard contract terms.
Guide and develop team members within SCM excellence guidelines.
Your Background
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic sourcing or procurement.
Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and global sourcing strategies.
Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and procurement plans.
Experience with supplier relationship management platforms.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
