Role Overview This position supports market feasibility and demand studies for senior housing and care communities. You’ll analyze demographic and competitive data, contribute to client reports and presentations, and collaborate with internal teams on projects that inform strategic decisions nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market feasibility, demand, and competitive analyses using primarily secondary data
College, analyze, and synthesize demographic, competitive, and site‑specific data
Identify competitors, gather pricing data, and support competitive positioning analyses
Create charts, graphics, and mapping outputs to illustrate market findings
Draft market study reports and assist with client presentations
Conduct site visits and on‑site evaluations of competitive communities
Support consumer research efforts, including focus groups and data compilation
Provide backup support for project setup, scheduling, and budget tracking
Contribute to senior living trend research and special projects as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of market research, data analysis, or senior living industry experience
Background in senior living marketing, finance, operations, or related fields preferred
Strong Excel and data analysis skills
Comfortable with phone, internet, and field research
Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills
Willingness to travel for site visits as needed
