Assist project managers with planning, scheduling, and execution of commercial construction projects. Act as a liaison between subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to track project progress. Monitor budgets, timelines, and project milestones, providing updates to stakeholders. Prepare and manage essential project documentation (contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders). Support procurement by placing orders for materials and ensuring timely deliveries. Troubleshoot on-site issues, helping to maintain schedules and resolve challenges. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Attend project meetings, document key discussions, action items, and follow-ups. Qualifications
Experience in construction project coordination or management preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and construction management software. Familiarity with commercial construction processes and terminology.
