You'll work closely with the General Manager to ensure the restaurant operates smoothly, providing exceptional dining experiences. Team Leadership: Motivating and leading your team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain our high standards. Operational Excellence: Ensuring that all aspects of the restaurant run efficiently, from food preparation to customer service to cleanliness. Sales and Profitability: Contributing to the restaurant's success by increasing sales, managing costs, and maximizing profitability. Training and Development: Assisting in the training and development of team members, helping them excel in their roles. Cultural Stewardship: Upholding and promoting Angry Chickz's unique culture among both the team and customers. Hands‑On Involvement: Actively involved in various tasks, from food preparation to customer interactions, while maintaining a safe and clean work environment. Strong problem‑solving skills, goal orientation, and initiative to implement solutions. Tech savvy; proficient with Microsoft Office and willing to learn new tools. Availability for all shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel. Professional image that reflects positively on Angry Chickz. Prior restaurant management experience, especially with new openings or local marketing initiatives, is preferred. Minimum age 18. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Language Ability: Able to speak clearly and comprehend directions in English. Ability to read English. Ability to read/speak Spanish is helpful but not mandatory. Reasoning Ability: Ability and willingness to solve problems individually and as a team. Work Attire: Wear the Angry Chickz uniform and required non‑slip shoes. Physical Demands: Stand and walk for extended periods; bend and twist at the waist. Frequently speak and hear. Occasionally lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Use hands to grasp and use kitchen tools (knife, spatula, ladle) during food prep. Repetitive hand use. Reach for items below waist, between waist and shoulder, and above shoulder.
