The
Facilities Technician II
is responsible for hands‑on maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of facility mechanical, electrical, and building control systems to ensure safe, reliable, and compliant operations. Key Responsibilities
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on
HVAC‑R systems , boilers, chillers, CTUs, RO/DI water systems, autoclaves, plumbing, compressed air, and gas utilities. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot
electrical systems (12V–480V)
including motors, VFDs, generators, ATS, UPS, lighting, and power distribution equipment. Operate and troubleshoot
Building Automation Systems (BAS/BMS)
such as Siemens, JCI, ALC, and Distech; respond to alarms and environmental excursions. Monitor and calibrate
Rees Environmental Monitoring Systems
supporting cleanrooms and critical equipment. Execute inspections, testing, and
preventive maintenance
in accordance with SOPs and manufacturer guidelines. Manage work orders, documentation, and asset history using
SAP Plant Maintenance . Ensure compliance with
GMP, OSHA, NEC, and site safety standards , including LOTO, confined space, and hot‑work protocols. Collaborate with engineering, lab, operations, EHS, and vendors to support facility operations and small projects. Qualifications
AA degree
in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Technology, or related field
with 10+ years
of facilities maintenance experience Licensed/Certified Electrician
with
10+ years
of hands‑on experience and
3+ years
