Milwaukee is more than a workplace, it’s where careers accelerate, and potential is unlocked.**Position Description**Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Inventory Control Manager is responsible for overseeing inventory management and control processes within a high SKU environment. This role plays a critical part in driving inventory accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness through the implementation of best practices and lean methodologies. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional initiatives, collaborate with key stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of inventory systems and processes aligned with company goals.**What You Will Do:*** Lead and manage inventory control processes, including cycle counting and physical inventory.* Develop and implement strategies to improve inventory accuracy and reduce costs.* Analyze inventory data to identify and report potential excess and obsolete (E&O) inventory.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align inventory practices with lean principles.* Design and enhance policies, procedures, and infrastructure to support inventory best practices.* Establish performance expectations for team members and conduct regular performance appraisals.* Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to staff to support professional development.* Communicate merit increases and performance-related feedback effectively and appropriately.* Act as a recognized leader and facilitator in inventory-related initiatives across the organization.**What You Will Bring:*** Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field* Minimum 7 years of experience in a distribution, manufacturing, or service-related industry, or an equivalent combination of education and experience* Proven experience in inventory control management within a high SKU environment* Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and risk management* Demonstrated leadership experience, including managing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives* Advanced analytical and planning skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable plans* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook)* Strong business acumen and communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels* Experience implementing lean enterprise methods (Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent)* Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred* APICS or CPSM certification considered an asset**What You Will Get:**At TTI Canada, we’re proud to offer a competitive and comprehensive rewards package that supports your health, financial well-being, and personal growth:* 100% employer-paid health and dental coverage - for you and your family* Competitive base salary with an above-market annual bonus* Company-matched savings plan - we’ll match your contributions up to 6% of your earnings* $500 in flexible wellness credits - choose between a Health Care Spending Account (HCSA) or Personal Spending Account (PSA)* Generous paid time off, including vacation, personal days, and volunteer time* Access to virtual healthcare services - anytime, anywhere* Exclusive employee perks - including brand discounts & preferred pricing with external vendors* Education reimbursement program - supporting your continued learning and developmentType: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary Range: $90,000 - $105,000*Accommodations are available for applicants with disabilities throughout the recruitment process.
