We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Food and Beverage team to fill the position of Food and Beverage Supervisor.

The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel’s dining outlets, lounges, banquets, and/or in-room dining to ensure an exceptional luxury guest experience. This role supports the Food & Beverage Manager by supervising associates, maintaining service standards, and ensuring that all food and beverage operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in line with the hotel’s brand of excellence.

Here is what you will be doing each day:

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Food & Beverage team to ensure consistent, high-quality service.

Maintain luxury service standards across all outlets, ensuring guest expectations are exceeded.

Train, coach, and support associates in service techniques, menu knowledge, and guest engagement.

Assist in scheduling, monitoring attendance, and ensuring adequate coverage during peak hours.

Oversee opening and closing procedures for outlets, ensuring readiness, cleanliness, and compliance with hotel policies.

Monitor food and beverage quality, presentation, and portion control, addressing concerns promptly.

Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Support financial objectives by monitoring costs, reducing waste, and promoting upselling techniques.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.

Collaborate with culinary, banquets, and other hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.

Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies.

Does this sound like you?

Previous supervisory experience in food & beverage, preferably in a luxury hotel, resort, or fine dining environment.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

Excellent knowledge of service standards, fine dining etiquette, and luxury hospitality practices.

Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to remain composed in high‑pressure situations.

Proficiency with POS systems and basic knowledge of inventory/cost control.

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time.

Ability to carry trays, move chairs/tables, and lift up to 30 lbs. as required.
