Draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, motions and briefs Conduct legal research and analysis to build strong cases Conducting depositions Assist with trial preparation and attend trials and mediations License / Certification
Florida Bar admission in good standing (Required) Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Benefits
