Position Summary A well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in the Greater Boston area is seeking a
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist
to join a growing outpatient dermatology practice. This is an excellent opportunity to practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, access to care, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
The dermatologist will provide comprehensive general dermatologic services while contributing to the continued expansion and evolution of the dermatology program.
Position Highlights
Full-time, outpatient dermatology role
Broad general dermatology practice with procedural opportunities
Ability to tailor scope of practice based on clinical interests and training
Strong clinical infrastructure with experienced nursing and MA support
Access to modern technology and well-supported clinic operations
Collaborative environment within a multidisciplinary care network
Commitment to high-quality, culturally competent patient care
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive general dermatologic care across a diverse patient population
Diagnose and manage a wide range of dermatologic conditions
Perform dermatologic procedures consistent with training and interests
Collaborate closely with referring providers and multidisciplinary teams
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and program development
Qualifications
MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Dermatology
Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range:
Up to $544,566 DOE
Negotiable signing bonus & Relocation Package
Base salary determined by clinical FTE, experience, education, training, board certification status, and scope of practice

Paid CME time and CME allowance
Generous paid time off

Partial relocation assistance available (negotiable)
