How you’ll make an impact:
Schedule and coordinate interviews while supporting the EMEA Talent Acquisition team, including contacting candidates and arranging travel (hotels and flights through our partner agency). Communicate with pre-hires to gather and ensure timely collection of required employment documentation. Handle hiring process tasks for the EMEA region, such as job requisition checks, approvals in Workday, and offer letter creation. Manage incoming queries related to job requisitions, onboarding support for new hires, and interview scheduling requests. Create and maintain manuals and process documentation to support recruitment operations. Process expense reimbursements in Coupa and Concur systems. Prepare and distribute reporting activities, including Open Jobs Newsletter, Chargeback Report, and Open Job Requisitions Report. What you'll need (Required):
University degree with an interest in Human Resources; relevant experience is preferred. Fluent written and spoken English; proficiency in additional European languages is an advantage. What else we look for (Preferred):
Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel); experience with CRM or HR systems is a plus (Workday preferred). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including confidence in frequent phone communication and the ability to handle unpredictable situations (e.g., last‑minute interview changes) calmly and professionally. Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong planning and time-management skills; a collaborative team player who’s eager to learn.
